Graduated cum laude on October 2013 from the University of Milan (supervisor Prof. Francesco Viganò who has been appointed as a Judge of the Italian Supreme Court) with a thesis in criminal law on “the distinction between omissions and active conducts: theory, applications and perspectives”.
Since the beginning of his own career, he worked as a trainee-lawyer collaborating with Avv. Alberto Sirani and, on October 2016, he became a lawyer.
In these years, he has gained significant experience in the field of economic crimes, cybercrimes, criminal law of financial intermediaries, corporate and bankruptcy crimes, as well as in legal advice regarding the administrative liabilty of entities according to D.Lgs. 231/01.
In 2016, he has also attended a Master dedicated to the experts of legal and business sector, regarding theoretical and practical competences in the study, planning, realisation and managing of the Document adopted by the societies according to the D.Lgs. 231/01.
He also dealt with health and safety and health issues on the workplace and issues related to the interpretation and application of the c.d. “Public Procurement Code”(D.Lgs. 50/16).
He has a perfect knowledge of business and legal English, both writing and oral, certified by the achievement of the First Certificate at the British Council.
